Tic-Tac-Toe 1.4

I just released Tic-Tac-Toe yesterday already at 1.2 Beta, but 1.4 Beta is nearly finished. 1.4 Beta doesn't change anything to the game, but I tried to shorten the code as much as possible so it takes up less storage. Also, you will see some trace of AI, but it is not in the game yet. Also it fixes minor bugs, like in the shell every time you restart it wont spam it with "restarting" and "restart complete" anymore, because this has been fully removed.
